RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We do not accept returns or exchanges of merchandise after it has been shipped for the customer's convenience.

*We will not be able to respond to any items returned without contacting us.
We take all possible measures to inspect, pack, and deliver items. However, in the unlikely event that an item is damaged or differs from the ordered item (wrong item, wrong quantity), we will return or exchange the item. (In this case, we will bear the shipping costs.)
Please contact us within 5 days of receipt.
We will not accept the following items, even if they are defective or different from the ordered items.
- If more than 5 days have passed since the product arrived
- Merchandise that has been used once by the customer
- Products that have been damaged or defaced by the customer
